Third Degree was formed when 37 years of ABB came to an end in 2025, and includes 2 founder members of ABB (John Holmes – guitar and Dave Christopher – bass), plus John Ackroyd (keyboards), Brian Heeley (drums) and award winning vocalist/harmonica player Hugh Budden. The band plays blues, jump, jive and boogie, and has delighted audiences over the few months they have been together.
